"Didn’t notice much improvement"
I picked these pellets up for my rabbit because his coat had been looking kind of dull and patchy, and I was hoping they might give it a little boost. The shipping was totally fine and at first I was like, okay, maybe this will help.
But after a few weeks, yeah… no, I’m annoyed. His fur still looks dry and not really any softer, so I don’t feel like it did much for us. Maybe other pets respond better, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried this hoping it would make a noticeable difference for my pet, but I didn’t see any real improvement. What made it more frustrating was that when I reached out about it, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or actually help resolve anything. Just a disappointing experience overall.

"Pretty easy, maybe just bad timing"
I’ve been adding this supplement to my dog’s food each day and it’s easy enough to use. He usually eats it without much fuss, though every now and then he leaves a little behind. To be fair, I might’ve started it at a weird time since his appetite has been kind of off lately, so that probably doesn’t help. I do wish the scoop was easier to read or measure with. Overall it’s not bad, just not quite as simple as I was hoping.
"Got the wrong stuff in my order"
My order was just completely wrong. I picked specific items, and somehow ended up with different things instead, which is so frustrating. Like, how does that even happen? Then I had to deal with sorting it out, which is the last thing anyone wants to do after placing an order. Super annoying experience, and I really don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Still not sure I can trust them"
I ordered from Sherwood Pet Health because it seemed like a legit pet health brand, and I really wanted to feel good about buying from them. But the whole thing left me kind of uneasy. Some of the information on the site felt too vague, and somehow I ended up being the one having to dig around for basic details that should’ve been easier to find.
Nothing awful happened, and the shipping was fine, so I can’t say it was a bad experience exactly. But when it comes to stuff for my pets, I don’t want to feel like I’m taking a chance or being left to figure things out on my own. I’d probably hesitate before ordering again unless they make things a lot clearer.

The ingredients seem decent enough, so that’s something. My rabbit still needed extra hay to actually feel satisfied, but sure, overall the nutrition seems okay, just not exactly impressive.
"Bag was full of crushed pellets and dust"
I was disappointed with this bag. The pellets were all different sizes, some looked normal, some were basically tiny crumbs, and there was a ton of dusty powder at the bottom. My rabbit picked through it and left a huge mess, so it felt like half the bag went to waste. Weirdly, I remember one pellet was shaped like a little comma, which kind of sums up how random the whole bag was. For the price, I expected better...

I really wanted this digestive support to help my rabbit, but it didn’t seem to make any difference at all. His tummy issues stayed the same, so I kind of feel like the product just didn’t live up to what it claimed. Ended up feeling like I wasted my money

My order ended up taking longer than the estimate they gave, and the tracking updates barely changed unless I went looking myself. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it was definitely annoying. If you’re ordering something you need by a certain date, I’d probably think twice.

"Too expensive, and the answers kept changing"
I really wanted to like this shop, but it just felt way too pricey for what I ended up getting. Once shipping was added, the total was high for basic pet stuff I could probably find cheaper somewhere else. I also got kind of frustrated because when I asked questions, the answers didn’t seem consistent, like one person would say one thing and then I’d hear something different later. Nothing felt special enough to justify paying extra. Maybe it works for other people, but for me the value just wasn’t there.

I tried this out because my allergies can be kind of unpredictable, and so far it’s been fine. No itching, no weird reaction, nothing that made me worry. Works for me.

From what I remember, it worked okay here and there, but it wasn’t something I could count on every time. It did help a bit, just not consistently enough for me to be super impressed.

I bought this hoping it would help with my urinary issues, but I didn’t notice any change at all. What made it more frustrating was feeling like my concerns were kind of talked down to, like I just wasn’t understanding how it was supposed to work. For me, it ended up feeling like a waste of money.

"Felt completely ignored by customer service"
I reached out to support expecting at least some help, but it felt like I was just brushed off. No one really seemed to care about what I was dealing with, and I ended up just as stuck as when I started. It’s frustrating when you’re the customer and still feel like you have to fight just to get basic assistance.

"The site was just frustrating to deal with"
I had a frustrating time using the website. It just felt slow, and I kept having to click around and click around again just to find simple product details that should’ve been easy to see.
The menu wasn’t very clear to me, and on my phone a few things looked a little off, like they weren’t lining up right. Checkout was also clunky, and I wasn’t totally sure if my information actually saved or not.
After a while, I just gave up. The products might be totally fine, maybe even good, but the site made the whole experience feel like a hassle, and it was a hassle I didn’t feel like dealing with

I was about to place an order, then kind of got stuck trying to find the ingredient details for a few things. Maybe they’re listed somewhere and I just missed it, but it wasn’t obvious to me. With pet products, I like to check that stuff before buying, so I ended up leaving it for now.

"Convenient, but not as smooth as promised"
The subscription was easy enough to set up, which I liked, but it didn’t really live up to how simple they make it sound. Changing the delivery dates was more annoying than it should’ve been, and that kind of defeats the point of the convenience they keep promising.

"Seemed like a decent product overall"
I was hopeful about this since it looked fine when it arrived and there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with the quality or packaging. I tried offering it a few different times and even mixed it in with some of my rabbit’s usual stuff, thinking maybe he just needed a minute to get used to it. Unfortunately, after all that, he still wouldn’t touch it. So it may work for other rabbits, but mine was not interested at all
